Serious question. How? HOW? How on Earth? Do breathing, eating and (sometimes) sleeping count? What about jerking off?
Everything that comes to mind either takes too much time or too much money, so maybe power naps will have to be where it’s at. Power naps and doing five minutes of an epic cross stitch that will never get finished.
